"From a young age I've always been interested in all aspects of Special Effects. I spent most of my childhood watching films, dressing up and making creatures. I recently completed a degree in Special Effects from Southampton Solent University in 2015 majoring in Animatronics, I have a keen interest and passion for the craft. I aim to produce work of high quality, which is only sent to the client with our stamp of approval. My first credit being a part of the hit E4 comedy series Bad Robots as an animatronic designer, I created the pilot BOT robot, my designs were then used in the E4 series. I was named student of the year for my second year work and my work with E4. After completing my degree I've been trying to get involved with as many projects as possible and developed TankFallFX as a company with my friends. After a successful summer we now have a number of credits under our belt with more in the pipeline."

ANIMATRONIC CHIEF
"Some of my earliest inspiration came from films such as Back to the Future and Star Wars. I wrote scripts for my friends to act out and even made a few unscripted short films which were just shot on the day. This love for cinematography developed into experimenting with editing programs to try and improve the quality of my filmmaking. As I grew more confident with software such as 'Sony Vegas' and 'Premiere Pro', I shifted my focus into special effects and how they can be used to bring simple ideas to the screen. Even though I had basic experience with vfx, I already knew I wanted to build models for in-camera physical effects (especially thanks to the online sfx show 'Indy Mogul'). In 2012 I was accepted to join a special effects degree course at Southampton Solent university where I met enthusiastic and like-minded people who became very good friends. During this course I specialised within animatronics, prosthetics and stop motion animation."

"I first found my passion for filmmaking from a young age after watching films such as Lord of the Rings, Gladiator, Star Wars, Jason And The Argonauts, Planet Of The Apes and many more, when I was hooked on the practical effects and would find myself spending hours of the day watching the behind the scenes footage over again. This is where I found a love for the prosthetic masks and the models they would make to create them. I followed this passion into school by taking Fine art and Media at both GCSE and A level which then followed a degree in Special Effects at Southampton Solent University where I met other individuals that shared a passion for film and special effects . Two colleagues and myself decided look at our key strengths and collaborate to form a Special Effects company called TankfallFX . We have since pushed all our efforts into developing our work to promote Tankfall FX to the film and TV industry that we wish to play a key part in."
